We now have a beautiful, high quality home. Mike Testa and his team went above and beyond out expectations. Changes to the cost or the house were approved bu us before those changes were implemented, and we were very please with their communication to us concerning the entire build. My wife and I love our Testa built home. Our neighbors do also, because we have received many compliments from them. Mike Testa was with us through every step of the process, from walking potential build properties, working through house design issues, making the required interior and exterior selections and keeping the projects on budget. This was especially important because we were living out of state during the entire process.
